Apres Ski Style

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw that I just spent about a week skiing in the Austrian Alps with a group of dear friends.  This is a yearly trip we make in March to the town of Ischgl, on the border of Austria and Switzerland with the largest ski area in the Eastern Alps.  There are 125 miles of ski runs, including a "duty-free run" into the Swiss town of Samnaun where you can pick up your Rolexes, Swiss chocolate, and more at great prices.  Ischgl is also known for its apres ski scene, which starts mid-mountain in the early afternoon and can continue off the mountain until 6 or 7pm.  If you don't want to party in your ski gear (or you are not skiing on a particular day) a good alternative is an outfit like this one that I wore on our last day in Ischgl.  I paired my Moncler jacket with leggings, python print slip-on sneakers, a crossbody bag, and aviators for a casual ensemble that was perfect for lunch and bubbly with part of our group on an outdoor patio.  While in town, we found more members of our group who had skied and snowboarded that day and were rocking the custom racing bibs that help us find each other on the mountain.  You'll see my photobombers Michael, Ashley, and Jeff (creator of the bibs on the right!) in their ski gear below, as well as group shots with Allison, Everett, and Josem where Allison and I are modeling our custom Ischgl sunglasses (also made by Jeff).  This team has so much style!
