Pacific Northwest Summer Layers

I know what you are thinking...layering in summer?  That's crazy!  Summer is all about wearing the least amount of clothing possible to stay cool!  Well, summer in Seattle can be fickle, and this week we've seen sun, rain, thunder, lightning, and wind.  Sometimes all in the same day.  This type of weather calls for strategic layers like this light jacket, sleeveless peplum top, shorts, and sandals to be prepared for anything.
