Summer Style: High-Rise Straight Leg Jeans

I don't know about you, but I have been living in jeans these last few months while working from home! While I own more denim than anyone really needs, there are several key pairs that are on heavy rotation right now--mainly because of comfort. These retro-inspired high-rise straight leg jeans are one of those pairs. Some call them "mom jeans," I call them super comfortable for a day of video calls and meetings! One thing to keep in mind if you check out this particular style is that they run large. I initially ordered my usual size, exchanged for one size down, and you may be able to tell in these photos that they stretch quite a bit with wear. Again, I am not complaining and I love the stretchy fit that is so comfortable to wear all day long. In today's outfit, I styled these high-rise straight leg jeans with neutral tones including a short sleeve sweater, wedge espadrilles, and statement belt for a low-key Father's Day lunch with my family.     They are great jeans on you! I don't wear jeans over summer - it's too hot and humid for them! But I do love them in the cooler months and they got a bit of wear near the end of autumn for iso at home! :) I've been wearing them a lot more now, although skinny jeans are my go to. They are great for the cold winter days we have been having!
