Classic Americana Style

Happy New Year and I hope 2025 is treating you well so far! I recently shared this Ralph Lauren Polo Bear sweater as my Black Friday steal on IG, but if you did not see that post the short version is that I wear a women's extra small to small and I purchased a boys' size large for a great deal during their Black Friday Sale. I followed the boys' 8-20 size chart online that has measurements and the size large fits me great. Better yet, the boys' size is 40% of the cost of the women's version at regular price ($155 for the boys' style versus $398 for the identical women's style). The deal was even sweeter during Black Friday when kids' sizes were 40% off (women's were not), which means I snagged this sweater for only $93 or 23% of the cost of the women's version! I love finding a good deal and this one made me quite happy. I have already worn this sweater a few times this winter, and today I styled it in a preppy layered look with a chambray shirt, white jeans, knee high boots, a navy raincoat, and a coated canvas tote a la classic Americana style.
