Winter Style: Faux Fur Coat

Apparently, the groundhog Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow last week and that means we are all in for another six weeks of winter. While the idea of more winter weather is not thrilling, I am trying to think positively by telling myself that it means more time to wear my favorite bold coat trend of the year: faux fur coats and jackets. While our Seattle winter weather is not cold enough for an Aspen-chic floor-sweeping style, a cropped style is a fabulous option. You previously saw this cropped faux fur jacket back in October in this post, and today I am showing you another casual look that I recently wore on a dry weekend day. After I wore this look, I decided that the boots needed an upgrade to a more current pointy toe version and purchased this pair that I think would complete this outfit nicely.
