I am linking up with the lovely Marion over at Marionberry Style for her "trend of the month" challenge today!  This month's theme is "black and white," a fabulous and timeless trend that I see merchandised both online and in stores this spring.  You really can't go wrong wearing classic black and white, and for today's outfit I chose to feature this lovely white Sanctuary blouse with black detail on the collar and shoulders with this "leather look" pencil skirt from Asos.
My spring shopping list includes a couple of black and white pieces.  I'm looking to add a pair of black and white ankle strap heels, as well as a black and white patterned peplum top.  Check out my picks for these trends below:

Ankle Strap Heels:

Left: Jessica Simpson "Jessies" in jasmine black, $89 at Zappos here
Middle: French Connection "Nina" in white/black/silver, $120 at Piperlime here
Right: Nine West "Acre" in black multi, $89 at Piperlime here

Peplum Tops:

Left: "Floral Lace Peplum Top" in black/cream, $19.80 at Forever 21 here
Middle: "Chevron Stripe Ponte Peplum Top" in black, $49.50 at Banana Republic here
Right: "Black Textured Spot Peplum Top" in black, $35 at Dorothy Perkins here

What black and white pieces do you want to add to your spring wardrobe?  Thanks for reading!
