Origami Wrap Skirt + Long Vest
How is the winter weather where you live? Here in Seattle, we had a cold snap for a while but this week feels like spring with 55 degree weather in the afternoon, birds chirping, and flowers starting to bloom! It's only the beginning of February and the mornings/evenings are still chilly, so I am not ready to put away my winter clothes quite yet. The best way to dress during this time of year is by mixing your winter wardrobe with transitional pieces. This Grid-Patterned Origami Wrap Skirt from Forever 21 is a great transitional piece (and a great price!). I can style this wrap skirt now with winter pieces like this turtleneck sweater and wedge boots, and then again later with summery pieces like a crop top and sandals. This white long vest can really work for both scenarios - it is lightweight and makes a fabulous "third piece" for any season. In today's outfit, I kept a mostly white and black palette but added a pop of red with this bright red GiGi New York monogrammed python leather clutch. If you have not yet seen GiGi New York's winter sale, they have many items on sale up to 40% off! Shop the sale using my link here, and scroll down for the rest of my outfit details.
