Quarantine Athleisure Style

I am pretty sure I am not alone in saying that athleisure pieces are top of mind during this social distancing timeframe! Since all of us are spending most of our time inside our homes, comfortable outfits are key and leaving the house to take walks or runs outside is a highlight of the day. My husband and I have been taking long walks in our neighborhood when the weather permits, since we are finally starting to see sunshine and warmer temperatures here in Seattle, and today's outfit is an example of what I wore for a recent walk around the Capitol Hill neighborhood. This pink and grey outfit combo was centered around these sneakers, a recent addition to my closet, and I really enjoyed seeing all of the new artwork that local artists have added onto businesses that are currently closed! Please read on for more photos, outfit links, and more of my picks for athleisure pieces that I think can create fabulous outfit pairings this spring.

Since I think everyone needs more athleisure pieces during this period of social distancing and staying at home, I collected more stylish options in the widget below. You can scroll through the widget to see how I picked out and grouped items by color:

  5. It's a shame that so many businesses are closed but great idea to turn the boarded up buildings into artwork - that would be nice to walk around! Here there are a few places closed and operating online but restaurants and cafes are still open for takeaway or delivery only which is nice. I haven't seen too many other places, I just go get groceries really and I'm home the rest of the time so I don't know if Brisbane has a similar thing.

Hope that you are having a lovely weekend :)

    1. It is great to hear that your local restaurants and cafes are open for takeaway! Some of ours are as well, a reduced number, and we are making sure to order takeout or delivery from our favorites in hopes of keeping them open! Hope you are having a great weekend, Mica. :)
