Spring Style: Floral Tiered Mini Skirt Styled Two Ways
Spring is here, it is starting to warm up, and the recent news that all remaining Washington state adults will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine starting on April 15th has me jumping for joy! I may have recently gone on a little spring shopping spree to celebrate all of the good things to come, and have several awesome new pieces to share with you in today's post. The theme of this post is this floral tiered mini skirt (I am wearing a size small), a new addition to my closet, styled two ways. I appreciate that this skirt falls just above the knee (not too short) and is fully lined, plus as a bonus the pink and yellow tones can pair with all of the neutral tones in my closet. This double layer pink bodysuit is a versatile, good quality piece that can be worn this spring and beyond (I am wearing an XS). I continue to be impressed by the spring collection at Express (the navy puffed sleeve bodysuit featured in last week's post is also from Express), and am looking forward to also styling this bodysuit with shorts and sandals this summer. This cream ruched faux leather clutch is another beautiful spring piece and an incredible value; it looks very similar to the Bottega Veneta pouch at a fraction of the cost! Can you think of a better finishing piece for night out? I'll wait. This first outfit combines these three pieces with a long cardigan, classic nude pumps, and gold jewelry for those warmer days starting to arrive. The second outfit pairs this floral tiered mini skirt with a sweater, knee-high suede boots, and wool hat for those chilly, still kind-of-winter-early-spring days. Please keep scrolling for more photos, outfit links, and more of my picks for floral print skirts that I think would look fabulous styled multiple ways this spring and straight into summer.
