Winter Style: Apres Ski Sweater + Puffer Coat
I am such a fan of apres ski lifestyle! My husband and I spent many years skiing and snowboarding in the Austrian and Swiss alps with a group of dear friends, which included waking up early-ish to carve the slopes before enjoying live djs and drinks at mid-mountain bars or relaxing in fur-covered chairs on the patio of a mid-mountain lodge sipping bubbly and enjoying truffle pasta (the US ski lodge food and drink experience pales in comparison, I am sorry to say) before skiing or taking the gondola back down to the base for the evening's adventures. I have so many great memories from these trips and absolutely adore the apres ski trend in fashion. Brands such as Perfect Moment really amped up this trend in the last couple of years with entire lines of clothing and accessories designed to wear from the ski slopes to the apres ski bars and look chic while doing it. An apres ski-inspired sweater paired with a puffer jacket, jeans, sneakers or your favorite booties is so cute and feels perfect for a leisurely weekend brunch and relaxing on a cold winter day. My exact sweater is unfortunately currently sold out, but if you click on this link you can choose to provide your email for a restock notification. Please continue on to see more photos, outfit links, and more of my picks for apres-ski inspired sweaters that I think would look fabulous styled this winter.
