Holiday Outfit Idea: Shimmer Cardigan + Velvet Camisole

I hope you all are enjoying this holiday season and spending time with loved ones. This is such a fun time of year, with all types of holiday themed events to attend from casual to formal. Since not all holiday events need to involve dressing up, today I am sharing a casual holiday outfit idea that contains a couple of elevated basics with festive touches. I love classic French girl style and recently added this shimmer cardigan to my closet after it was discounted 50% off plus I was able to stack a birthday coupon code for an additional $50 discount. The standard version of this cardigan is already iconic, available in ten colors, but the addition of gold metallic thread up-levels the piece with a bit of holiday flair. I could have styled this cardigan with a satin camisole or regular tank, but instead I picked a velvet camisole as velvet also very much cues holiday style. Black straight leg jeans, oversize sneakers, and several of my favorite accessories (including my Ballon Bleu with its new bright pink watch strap you may recall seeing in my IG stories!) round out this comfortable casual look with elevated textures for the season.
