The weekend is finally here!  I don't know about you, but for me this week was terribly long and busy and I didn't feel like I had time to create any blog-worthy outfits.  Finally Friday arrived, and I had to get out of my outfit funk!  This outfit was the result.  I recently ordered this "Unexpected Guest List Collar Necklace" from Modcloth, and it is so pretty in person!  There is so much detail with the chain and little crystals, I just love it.  Modcloth has sold out of the style, but you can get on an email list for restock notification and if they get enough demand they could bring it back.  It's definitely worth getting on the list if you like it.  I layered the necklace over a basic black sweater and added white jeans (I think they help highlight the crystals in the necklace) plus gold and black jewelry for a simple look with a little bit of extra glam.
