Military-Inspired
This week we have had pretty typical Seattle spring weather, meaning cold and perpetual grey with some rain here and there--nothing to make me feel like wearing my cute spring clothes. Quite the opposite in fact, I have been feeling uninspired to create spring outfits and instead have been gravitating toward warm neutral layers. Today's outfit is one that I wore earlier this week to pick up dinner and run a couple of errands after a typical long workday: a military jacket, coated jeans, mock-neck sweater, leopard booties, wool beanie, and my smartphone charging tote. While this casual outfit is made up of all existing pieces in my closet, it is ultra comfortable and I consider the military jacket to be a spring staple! My exact jacket is currently available in all sizes, reasonably priced, and I have been very happy with the fit and wear so far. Military-inspired outfits are everywhere this spring, so please scroll through for more photos, outfit links, and my picks for more military-inspired pieces to create your own spring-worthy outfit.
