Summer Style: Puffed Sleeve Top

If someone asked me to choose one top fashion trend to buy in to this summer, I would pick the puffed sleeve trend. Seen just about everywhere these days, puffed sleeve pieces are easy to wear and you can choose between a top, jacket, or dress to style this trend. Even better, you can also choose how voluminous you want your sleeves to be! For my first foray into this trend, I kept it simple with this cropped puffed sleeve top. The round neckline and smaller puffs make this top suitable for virtual work meetings, and for size reference I am wearing a small. In today's outfit, I styled this top with distressed high-waist jeans (in hindsight, I did not realize how short this top is and should have added a belt), ankle strap sandals, and a quilted clutch. This top will also look great with high-waisted shorts, or perhaps wide leg pants. I'll have to try both before the summer is over.
