Winter Style: Geometric Duster Cardigan
Happy Christmas week to you! Today is the shortest day of the year, meaning every morning this month has felt colder and darker than the last. This is definitely the time of year where I wish I didn't live so far north with so little daylight! To be fair, large lattes or pour-overs help me get through my meetings, and that is probably why those of us who live in the Pacific Northwest drink so much coffee. Last month, I took advantage of some pre-Black Friday deals to add a few new sweaters to my closet including today's oversized, insanely comfortable, geometric print duster cardigan. A duster cardigan makes an ideal winter layer because it is so easy to dress down with pjs or jogger pants while at home, or dress up with jeans and a cute top when you actually need to leave the house. This particular one-size-fits-all duster cardigan has now sold out, but I linked it directly here as well as below in case more inventory becomes available. In today's outfit, I styled this duster cardigan with a mock neck tank, skinny jeans, my go-to waterproof chelsea boots, and a pom beanie to run errands on a recent weekend. Next year, when we all go back to the office (hopefully), I can also envision styling this cardigan with a fitted dress or top/skirt combo. Please scroll through for more photos, outfit links, and more of my picks for duster cardigans that I think would be both comfy and stylish to wear this winter!
