Winter Style: Faux Leather Skirt + Tweed Blazer + Velvet Tank

Tis the season for holiday events, and I absolutely love all of the rich winter fabrics and textures that can be combined into a variety of outfits for all of the festivities. Today I am combining three of these textures into one look: faux leather, tweed, and velvet. You have seen this tweed jacket styled a couple of ways here and here on this blog, and this skirt a few times including my favorites here and here. It was only natural to style them together eventually for a chic winter look, and since two textures were clearly not enough I added this velvet tank for good measure. This tank is a new addition to my closet, currently on sale, and such an easy piece to style for a variety of holiday looks. Chelsea boots, sheer tights, my Chanel quilted flap bag, and favorite jewelry pieces round out this holiday-ready ensemble.
