Summer Style: Linen Popover Shirt + Menorcan Sandals

 We are enjoying an early start to summer weather here in Seattle; weekend temperatures in the mid-80's (just under 30 degrees C) were so welcome and put everyone in a great mood. I really hope the sunshine and warm temperatures stick around for Memorial Day weekend! I spent some time with my family on Mother's Day and am sharing my casual Sunday outfit with you here today. Nothing in today's look is new--I am wearing all existing pieces that I believe are summer essentials that can be worn on repeat. This lightweight linen top was added to my closet last year (I am wearing size XS), and the tank underneath is a versatile style that I love so much that I own it in eight colors (I am wearing size small. White shorts are vital to a summer wardrobe, and this longer length denim pair works well for my body (I'm wearing size 26, my usual Agolde size). These Menorcan sandals were purchased a couple of summers ago in San Sebastian, Spain (this type of sandal originated in Spain and can be found all over the Mediterranean), but below I have linked to several similar styles currently available online. My white Gucci circle bag and belt pull the outfit together, and some of my favorite jewelry pieces round out an ensemble that looks put-together but is still extremely comfortable for a hot day.
