Summer Style: Crochet Tee + Wide Leg Pants

 I hope you enjoyed my Peru travel log series, but now it is time to return to sharing fashion trends. We are very much in the height of summer and today I want to share a trend that is perfect for the season: crochet. I have been seeing crochet pieces all over, from tops and tanks to dresses, skirts and swim cover-ups to bags and sandals. While I really like the looks of this tote that comes in a variety of colors, I could not justify the high cost for a seasonal piece and went for this stylish and affordable Crochet Tee in a neutral wear-everywhere white color instead. I followed the size chart, ordered a small, and it fits perfectly. The comfortable cotton blend is perfect for the season, but it is worth noting that this tee is not lined and you will see here that I layered a cropped tank underneath in today's look. Lightweight wide leg pants, my Hermes Oasis low heeled sandals, and Celine Micro Belt Bag round out this soft neutral ensemble that could be ideal for a variety of summer occasions including a day at the office with happy hour after, a casual date night or brunch with friends, and more.
