Holiday Outfit Idea: Sequin Blazer + Satin Midi Skirt

Can you believe it is already the first week of December and Christmas is only 21 days away? I am sure you all are much more prepared for the holiday season than I am--I have been so busy with work that I have only purchased a few Christmas gifts and feel so very behind. However, I do feel prepped and ready with holiday outfits! Last week I shared a look with a leather pencil skirt, and this week I am sharing another great option with a sequin blazer and satin midi skirt. You have seen this sequin blazer styled a few times for the holidays last year (here, here, and here) and I honestly love how easy it is to throw on over your favorite basics and say "I'm ready to party!" There is something about sequins and satin pieces that just screams holiday party, so it just felt right to pair this sequin blazer with this satin skirt. This skirt is a newer piece to my closet that had its debut on the blog in this October post, and while the lavender color may not immediately make you think of the holiday season I really am loving the lavender and silver tones together. I added suede booties, my Fendi First small clutch, and several of my favorite jewelry pieces to round out this look.
