Three Ways to Style Loafers This Spring

While it is difficult to choose a favorite spring shoe, I have to say this year mine is the classic sleek loafer! I absolutely love my black Gucci loafers, as they are both incredibly comfortable and chic for days in the office, but this year I wanted a lighter camel or tan color to wear with lighter toned looks. After shopping around a bit online, I settled on purchasing this pair from Everlane because they looked like a perfect mix quality and price (my local Everlane store does not stock them or I would have tried them and purchased in store). I ordered my usual size 8 and fortunately they fit true to size. The camel color is very pretty in person, the leather is indeed "buttery soft" as the detail page describes, the price is reasonable, and I appreciate this brand's continued commitment to sustainability. The first time I wore these loafers I was concerned that they would tear up my heels, but I am happy (and my heels are happy) to report that did not happen. So, meet my new spring go-to shoe! Today I am sharing three ways to style these loafers for spring, the first of many ideas I am sure. Please excuse the quality of the second and third outfit ideas--my photographer aka my hubby was out of town this weekend and we didn't have time to shoot all three outfits outside with our DSLR. I improvised with my tripod at home so please forgive me, but please continue reading to see more photos, links for all three outfits, and more of my picks for neutral loafers that I think would look amazing styled a number of ways this spring and straight on into summer.

  6. I have so been wanting to get a pair of tan loafers or slip ons but I have to be careful with fit as I generally do not do well with slip on shoes as my second toe is longer then the my first one. But these look like they could be comfortable. Love them and how you styled them here.
