Fall Style: Barn Jacket + Button-up Denim Shirt + Ribbed Tee
Today's outfit is inspired by Katie Holmes' recent appearance at a Barbour x Tuckernuck launch event wearing one of the brand's barn jackets styled with an unbuttoned denim shirt, tee, tailored pants, and booties. We all know barn jacket love is still going strong this fall, and when I saw this outfit I immediately knew I wanted to create my own version with pieces in my closet. You have seen me style barn jackets before (such as this post from last spring), and this type of coat will always be in my closet since it is ideal for Seattle's wet and windy late fall and winter weather. In today's ensemble, I started with a basic ribbed tee and high waist tailored pants in a light cream hue, then layered an unbuttoned denim shirt and barn jacket on top. Suede booties, a baseball cap, and several of my favorite accessories round out this casual outfit that was ideal for running some weekend errands on a blustery fall day.
