Happy New Year's Eve to you!  2012 has been a year of major changes for me, both personally and professionally.  One of many wonderful changes this year was the start of Avec Amber in August.  I am so thankful for all of the experiences that have put me where I am now, and so proud of my little corner of the blogging world.  I thank you so much for following along with my blogging journey, and I look forward to another fabulous year in 2013!

My last feature for 2012 is the furry vest.  This weekend's crisp, dry weather was perfect for layering a furry vest with a leather jacket and thigh-high suede boots - no umbrella required!  Those of you who know Seattle weather understand how welcome days like these are.  =)  I opted for my burgundy jeans and bag rather than black or navy to create a warmer color palette.
