This mustard mini skirt was one of my purchases for the fall/winter season, first seen in The Mustard Mini and also restyled in Black and YellowIt was an inexpensive purchase from Forever 21, but it has held up wonderfully beyond my expectations!  For today's outfit, I added a sleeveless white blouse and a new navy polka dot sweater (found on clearance at my local Banana Republic store for $41.97 minus an additional 40% off)This particular sweater feels thinner and cheaper than a normal BR sweater, but for $25 I didn't mind picking it up.  I didn't see it online, so I think this sweater is only available in stores.  I also added my BR loafer pumps and finished the look with gold jewelry.

We still have a couple of months left until spring officially starts, but the winter sales are in full force.  If you didn't add any mustard to your fall/winter wardrobe yet, you are in luck!  Check out my picks for mustard pieces at fabulous sale prices:

  7. I've been looking for a mustard yellow skirt for YEARS now. The color is just too pretty! Though now that I'm getting older, I should veer away from miniskirts, though it looks super cute on you :)

    1. Haha I know...I'm pushing it...there is probably a rule that one shouldn't wear mini skirtskirts after 30. =P Next year I'll have to get a knee length pencil skirt instead!
