This last weekend one of my best girlfriends was in town for a visit, and it gave me a great excuse to play hometown tourist.  We went all over the city to see some of Seattle's highlights: the Fremont Troll, Kerry Park, Melrose Market, Pike Place Market, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room, and more.  In addition to seeing the best of the city, we also drove out to the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest to hike the Ira Spring Trail out to Mason Lake.  You can see a couple of photos from this pretty hike on my Instagram here.  While we were on our way to a delicious omakase dinner at Shiro's (a legendary sushi spot), we found this mural on the side of Bedlam Coffee in Belltown (2nd & Bell).  It was too fabulous not to take photos!  I love that this mural incorporates iconic Seattle companies, landmarks, and teams within its letters.  For our delicious sushi dinner, I wore a Mindy Mae's Market striped sweater with a mint blouse, high-waist flared jeans, flat sandals, and a mint zip clutch.

Mint is one of my favorite summer hues, and it pairs with more colors than you might think.  You can easily style mint with basic hues like black and white (like I did today), chambray, grey, or navy.  If you are feeling bold, you can try brighter colors like cobalt, coral, or even yellow.  Check out my picks for mint pieces that are perfect to style this summer and priced for a range of budgets between $23 and $68:

How would you style mint accent pieces this summer?  Thank you for visiting my blog today, don't forget to enter the current group giveaway, and I hope you have a fantastic week!
