Watercolor Floral Midi Skirt + Crop Sweater + Uber Clutch

I can hardly believe it's November already, because this year has flown by so fast.  However, when it comes to fashion, I am in full-on fall mode.  Today I want to share with you a beautiful, bright fall outfit from a recent photo shoot with Bello Photography.  After some touch-and-go rainy days, we were able to shoot early on a cloudy but dry Saturday morning in Seattle's Occidental Park.  Although this park is in a prime location in the heart of our Pioneer Square neighborhood, it unfortunately has a bad reputation due to a history of crime and being occupied by unsavory characters.  Earlier this year, the city hired a private company on a one-year trial contract to clean up this park and make it a more approachable public space for city residents.  We already see the improvements: the park is cleaner, with new furniture to encourage city residence and visitors to hang out and enjoy the revamped space.  In today's outfit, I am restyling this floral midi skirt (first seen in June here) with a bright red merino wool crop sweater, navy pumps, and a new GiGi New York Uber Clutch I purchased during their recent Friends & Family sale!  I just love how this outfit pops against the brick and leaves in this corner of the park.  Oh, and I'm also debuting a new, shorter haircut--it feels so much lighter now after chopping up to 6 inches from my long layers.
