Straw totes are an ideal summer accessory, and I must admit that mine has not gotten much face time yet this summer. The lack of usage is completely my fault--I have been so busy with work the last few months that I have been behind on my seasonal closet cleanings and rotations, and this tote has been tucked away since last fall. Last weekend, I finally remembered that this tote existed when searching for a bag to style with this casual outfit for a Sunday Funday outing to Pike Place Market to catch up with dear friends. It paired so well with this stripe tank, denim shorts, and my go-to summer flats. Taking a straw tote to the market somehow it makes it more fun to shop and fill with fresh produce and other goodies, I think because it has that picnic basket vibe!
