Winter Style: Wool Wrap Coat + Cozy Ribbed Sweater + YSL Loulou

Happy Friday Eve, everyone! I am sharing a rare second outfit post this week (I know...who am I right now?) with more cozy layering outfit inspiration while winter still has its grip on so many parts of the country. Here in Seattle, we had a foot of snow dumped on us a couple of weekends ago that turned to rain and windstorms this week, with some random hail and sunshine breaks mixed in. On any given day we can expect to see a little bit of everything weather-wise, and today's outfit is a great example of a layered uniform that has been on repeat as of late. I paired a well-loved wool wrap coat (last seen on the blog here and here) with a newer cozy ribbed turtleneck sweater (seen recently here) for a grey-on-grey pairing. Then I added faux leather leggings (last seen here), suede over-the-knee boots (my favorite styling is here), a faux leather brim fedora (another favorite styling here), and my new Saint Laurent Small Loulou bag to round out the look. Please read on to see more photos, outfit links, and more of my picks for layering pieces to keep you warm until winter goes away and spring temperatures finally arrive.

  4. Now that I have put some things away (it is getting warm here) I am realizing that I never paired grey and burgundy this winter. Love how you had that hat to your grey outfit!

  7. Great layering with the vest and knit! I think you wear monochrome looks like this so well and you always know how to layer so stylishly :) I like the burgundy hat for a tiny bit of colour too! :)

Hope that you had a nice weekend :) It was a bit hot and humid here but we still managed to get out to the park :)
