Winter Style: Plaid Wool Shacket & Skirt Matching Set

Are you a fan of bright colors or neutral tones during the winter season? I love and wear both, but as we are currently in the darkest days of winter I feel like pops of color are a great way to brighten up a dreary day and my mood. This fuchsia plaid wool shacket c/o Sézane and skirt set do just that! You saw me style this shacket earlier this month with a faux leather skirt and over the knee boots in this post, and I liked the print and style of the shacket so much that I purchased the matching skirt. Both are 100% wool in a warm winter-friendly weight and fully lined so as not to be itchy. I am wearing a size 2 in both the shacket and the skirt for reference--I followed the size chart and am happy with the fit of both pieces. In today's outfit, I styled this fuchsia plaid set with a grey wool sweater (also purchased from Sézane), light pink booties, and my new light pink Chanel Mini Flap Bag with Top Handle purchased last month in Paris. All of the pink tones in this ensemble make me so happy! Please continue scrolling to see more photos, outfit links, and more matching sets currently available at Sézane that I think would look amazing styled this season.

A matching set in a fun plaid print is a fabulous way to add a bright, cheerful pop of color to a cold winter day. While the exact set I am wearing in today's post has limited sizes remaining, I found two more sets that are currently available with a full range of sizes as I publish this post. Check them out with links below:

Do you wear or would you wearing a matching set like this? If so, what is your favorite way to wear a matching set this season? Please leave me a comment below to let me know. Thank you for visiting my blog today and I hope you have a great week!

  8. You look so beautiful! Love this set and the color is perfect, not too -icy/pastel-like nor too bright either. Also, the first thing that came to my mind looking at the photos was this is giving off vibes to Cher from Clueless (it was one of my fav. tv shows) although this would be a more updated and modern version of it! 🩷

    Have a lovely day!
