How I am Styling Suede This Spring
Suede is arguably this spring's most wearable trend. I am loving seeing all of the updated ways to wear suede this season, and have been very tempted to purchase a suede bag, but I am also impressed by all of the different types of suede jackets. From blazers to moto jackets to trench coats, there really is something for everyone. While I love seeing all of the new suede and faux suede jacket options in stores and online, I challenged myself to create an outfit with existing pieces in my closet. I immediately thought of a favorite Free People faux suede moto jacket that first debuted here on the blog in August of 2021 in this post, and you may remember seeing it more recently here and here. I love the light pearl color and versatile moto style of this jacket, and styled it today with a mock neck sweater, these ultra flattering dark wash wide leg jeans, navy booties (more suede!), and this lovely top handle bag that I purchased from Faure le Page in Paris last July. I absolutely love how this casual look came together and I hope it inspires you to shop your closet for trends returning this spring. Please continue scrolling to see more photos, outfit links, and more suede jacket picks that, if you are in the market for one, I think would look equally fabulous styled this spring and beyond.
