This week I have been focusing on light fall jackets. The last time I wore this blazer was with a sequined tank and capris was in August in this post, and the last time I wore this coral blouse was with high-waist shorts last month in this post. Now that the weather is getting cooler, and I've combined them with my JBrand skinnies and a coral/peach scarf that I picked up at Loehmann's a few years ago. I wore this outfit to work and happy hour at Boka to catch up with two of my dear girlfriends. Check out those tasty happy hour dishes - truffle fries on the left and crispy baked kale with lemon and parmesan on the right! Only $4 each and perfect size for sharing - YUM!
A neutral blazer like this khaki color is wonderfully versatile. You can pair with matching suit pants or a pencil skirt for a polished work outfit, or dark denim for a business casual look. I think every girl should have at least one in their closet. If you need a refresh this fall, I listed a beautiful blazer on sale at Banana Republic up above in my outfit list, and I also picked out two great options below that are bargains from Forever 21 and ModCloth!
Left: Open Cutaway Blazer in khaki, $29.80 at Forever 21 here
Right: Saturday Ignite Fever Blazer, $69.99 at Modcloth here
I hope that you are having a wonderful week so far - happy Wednesday and thanks for reading!
